STF Milestone

When I started this journey in November witht he Stript That Fat program, I weighed 216 pounds. This morning, I hit a new low of 200! There is something psychologically satisfying about that. It did take some work, but it really hasn't been all that hard either.

If I had followed the program strictly, I probably would have lost even more, but I have been taking off on the weekends as a whole. This really helps to make whole process sustainable, and, as you can see, it really has produced net loss results.

Fourteen and one-half pounds!

It's been a while since I updated on the Strip That Fat Program progres (or lack there of, ha!). This morning I hit 201.5. That is the lowest weight I have had since starting the STF program. That makes a total of 14.5 pounds lost since I started shortly before Thanksving. The last few weeks, I had been bouncing around somewhere around 202.5 to 205.

This morning is a good morning. I even had been invited to a great meal this week at a local restaurant. I got a buffet, and piled my plate quite high. I was pleasantly suprised the next day because even with that I lost weight. How did that happen? I followed STF to the extreme earlier in the day. Then I ate a lot of protein and vegetables with very few carbs (except for a very good roll!) I did skip some good-lookig dessert, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Anyway, I lost weight.
